My journey to becoming a doula is deeply personal and rooted in my passion for supporting women in achieving their dream birth experiences. In 2021, I embarked down a path of healing and began exploring my abilities as an energy healer as well as holistic ways to nurture body, mind, and spirit. That same year, I started formulating natural skincare products to help eliminate elements that no longer served my purpose or health. All while being inspired by my belief in the power of nature to heal.

In 2022, I faced the heartbreaking experience of a miscarriage, which deepened my commitment to empowering women through their pregnancy journeys. With much grace and patience, I was able to heal and strengthen my womb space with energy work. Then, in 2024, I had my own successful unmedicated natural vaginal birth, an experience that solidified my dedication to helping women embrace their strength and intuition during birth.

Now, as a doula, I combine my skills in energy healing and maternal skincare to create a unique approach that nurtures body, mind, and spirit, helping women feel empowered, supported, and fully prepared to welcome their babies naturally. My goal is to walk alongside you, offering holistic care and guidance, so you can achieve the birth experience you’ve always dreamed of.

My mission is to empower and support expecting families in achieving their desired birth experience. I believe in the inherent strength of women and the natural process of childbirth. Through personalized education, compassionate guidance, and unwavering advocacy, I strive to enhance each family's journey towards a positive, informed, holistic, and empowered birth. My commitment is to foster a nurturing and respectful environment that honors the unique wishes and needs of every individual, ensuring that each birthing experience is a moment of profound joy, empowerment, transformation, and connection with self and baby.
