My path to becoming a doula began when I supported my best friend during her pregnancy and postpartum period, realizing how deeply fulfilling it was to empower and advocate for mothers during this transformative time. This experience ignited my passion to offer informed, personalized care that honors your choices and helps you feel confident and supported throughout your journey into parenthood.
I believe women have the power to tap into their innate instincts given the proper environment and support to bring baby earthside. I believe it should be a peaceful, pleasurable experience! As a certified full spectrum doula with dual certifications and over a decade of experience working with babies and children, I offer comprehensive support throughout your pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and abortion journey.
My diverse skill set includes holistic herbalism, placenta encapsulation, and ongoing training in breastfeeding counseling, allowing me to provide well-rounded care tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're planning a hospital, birthing center, or home birth, or need support during an abortion, I'm committed to standing by your side in-person or virtually, ensuring you feel informed, confident, and supported every step of the way.
I believe birth is a normal, healthy process that the body is designed to navigate with minimal intervention. I also focus on helping you stay present, focused, and connected to your inner wisdom through techniques like meditation, deep breathing, and positive affirmations. Additionally, I incorporate complementary therapies like herbal medicine, aromatherapy, and massage to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
