I am deeply passionate about supporting women on their journey through pregnancy and childbirth. My path to becoming a doula was paved by a profound realization of the unfairness that often accompanies the birthing process—specifically, the disheartening feeling of not being able to birth in the way you truly desire.

My philosophy as a doula is rooted in the belief that every woman deserves a safe, memorable, and empowering birth experience. Drawing from my own personal encounters with childbirth, I recognized the significant impact that knowledge and support can have on shaping this transformative moment in a woman's life. My mission is to provide unwavering guidance and holistic support, ensuring that every woman feels empowered to make informed choices about her birthing journey.

I am committed to the principles of natural and holistic birth, re-educating mothers about the incredible capabilities of their bodies. I firmly believe that by understanding and embracing the innate wisdom of the female body, women can embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling birthing experience. My approach encompasses a blend of evidence-based practices, compassionate care, and labor-relief techniques, aiming to minimize stress and trauma commonly associated with childbirth.
