Hi Eye am Ivalease Taina Ewing, you can call me Taina. My goal is to help moms maintain a sense of peace during pregnancy, natural births, and postpartum.
When Eye was about 15 years old Eye witnessed the birth of my first sister and it was one of the most beautiful things Eye’ve ever seen. Throughout the years Eye hoped Eye would get the opportunity to witness a birth again. Eventually Eye learned about Doulas and fell in love with the idea of being able to support women through one of the most important and magical things we could do.
What Eye’ve seen throughout the years is how pregnancy and birth are portrayed as things to be scared of and how you cannot be prepared for it. Eye aspire to help moms find the confidence and courage within themselves to have a blissful, peaceful, and well informed experience during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It’s important to me that you feel confident and at ease throughout the process, knowing your rights, knowing how to reaffirm yourself and calm yourself down in any difficult times that my arise and standing strong in your Divine Feminine Energy.
Eye believe the best thing Eye can do is help you to know and trust that everything will be okay and you have the strength, power, & confidence within you to thrive beautifully through this chapter of your life. It’s so important to me that Women have compassionate support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Eye will be here to remind you of who you are and all you are capable of.
Through the power of Reiki, meditation, affirmations, body movement, deep conversations, yoga, visualizations, and knowledge about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum Eye will help you feel confident and at peace throughout your journey.
