From a young age, I was captivated by the miracle of childbirth. Growing up, I dreamed of running an all-newborn daycare and eagerly rushed home each day to watch "A Baby Story" on TLC.
My fascination with birth was profoundly personal: at just 11 years old, I witnessed my mother give birth to twins, and I was right there in the room during the final moments of her labor. This early exposure to the beauty of childbirth left an indelible mark on me.
Today, as a mother of five, I have come to understand that supporting women through their own childbirth experiences is not just a passion but a calling. As a Doula based in Hampton Roads, VA, I am devoted to helping women embrace the beauty of childbirth in its most natural form, honoring the original intention of this miraculous process.
In addition to providing expert support in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, I also offer specialized services including home births, natural births, and prenatal nutrition guidance. My Christian faith inspires and guides my work, bringing compassion, strength, and grace to each birth experience.
Beyond my doula services, I also offer gender reveal idea planning and baby name consulting. Whether you’re seeking creative ideas for announcing your baby’s gender or need help choosing the perfect name, I’m here to assist in making these moments as special as they can be.
