Hello, my name is Catherine Elizabeth and I'd love to meet you! I'm a doula here in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia as well as raised rurally in Appalachian culture. I'm community focused and dedicated to supporting families through life’s biggest transitions. My approach is rooted in respect for autonomy, offering guidance that empowers women and families to make informed choices. I provide a full range of healing services— education, birth planning, postpartum care, and bereavement support. With a background in elder care, my path to becoming a doula began within myself and my family and has since deepened into a calling to advocate for compassionate, individualized care. My goal is to be a steady presence, helping your family navigate the medical system while nurturing both emotional and spiritual well-being.
